SMOOTHIE
is one of my favourite ways to start the day. To make smoothie I
add all of the ingredients into a blender and blend on high until smooth.
Two of my favourite:
Chia Mango Smoothie
1 cup frozen mango
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1/2 cup ice
1 cup coconut milk
Green Tea, Blueberry and Banana
3 Tablespoon water
1 green tea bag
2 tablespoon honey
1,5cups frozen blueberries
0,5 medium banana
